Why hotspot "onclick" sometimes not working ?

Some time, when i click on the hotspot, nothing happens, but if i rotate pano a little bit, this hotspot "onclick" works again. *confused*

Hard to say without any code or link, but maybe some layer still stays there and blocks the hotspot.
