Point spot position on HTML5 viewer on flat panorama

It seems that positions of spots are not the same on HTML5 and Flash viewer when use a flat panorama (hfov=1.0 or vfov=1.0).
Due to rounded values ?

Hi,

no, the hotspots are the same position - what is different is the flat pano handling.

When image.hfov is lower than 1.0, then the pano will be interpreted as flat pano in the HTML5 version - and a flat pano is currently internally handled/rendered always with hfov=1.0 and vfov=depending on aspect ratio.

That means the flat pano size/scaling is different, the hotspots are the same.

That problem was already reported by your college Gérald and is already on my list.
A way to avoid this problem for the moment would to use hfov=1.0 for flat panos.

Best regards,
Klaus

Hi,

that problem itself will be fixed in the next 1.19 version (also in the next 1.19 pre-release) - then custom hfov/vfov values will be supported for flat panos.

Best regards,
Klaus
