IE on 8.1 ignores CSS

I just bought an Windows 8.1 just to be able to test KRpano.
Installed it in my Parallels-

Found that textfield CSS is ignored in IE 11

See the attached image
Top Chrome
and at the bottom IE 11

Font should be Georgia Bold at top and Georgia Regular next.
Small text in Verdana

As you can see IE 11 shows everything in Verdana same size

Checked it also in Win XP and IE8 shows it correct in Flash

Looks like it is Georgia it does not like for some reason.

A little weird as it is among the fonts listed as standard font in the IE options.

Changing to Palatino which is very look a like Georgia solved it.

Just a case which shows how important it is for us to test in about every system and browser.
