Bottom logo video

For Youtube 360 I want to put a logo at the bottom. Some shots we had to do with a tripod. How can I do that in premiere or After Effects.

Hi, I'm not exactly understand your answer. You mean in the editing software like Kolor Autopano? Where can I do the equirectangular projection with logo?
