Encrypt tool and xml parsing failed

With 1.19.3 version of the encrypt tool I've a xml parsing failed when I encrypt a Panotour 2.5 beta 2 export (with krpano 1.19.3 engine).

Hi,

public or private encryption?

Then private encryption could only be used when the krpano viewer files were also build with the krpano tools.

Btw - nothing has been changed in the encryption system, it works the same as in 1.18.
