I wonder if xml content of a virtual tour (links, texts, photos) is web-indexed or not? (like texts, photos of a website). I was asked this question today and I guess that the answer is "no", but need confirmation from Klaus to be sure.
No, if you want that indexed you have to build html. And even then it depends because google now is doing page renders instead of just a text scape. Probably the only thing left that counts is whats in the meta tags.
You could create a sitemap.xml with urls that link to several panoramas in your tour (using deeplinking, see example in krpano 1.19 pre generated vtour). And upload that sitemap to google.
