360 video distorted at nadir and zenith

I am having an issue with 360 video render in krpano. my video is 2048 x 1024 with 16 frame per sec. but its showing this distortion at bottom and top. why would that be?

- did you use some clone or repetition in source video at top or bottom ?
- was it cilyndrical projection?

i usually see this in static panos that people tried so clone the nadir in the spheric image

No, this is ladybug 3 export. I didn't modify anything. I tried other videos and its working fine.

from what i've seen from ladybug.. it hasn't got nadir

so.. unless you resized it somehow... to have a 2:1 image
