UP/Down Keyboard Arrows - Transition to nearest linked scene

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to change the function of the Up/Down arrows on the keyboard to Transition to the nearest linked scene of a tour, like Google Street view navigation style.

In this demo using PGUP / PGDOWN closest scene is loaded based on actual ath. There is just remaping UP/DOWN key needed to have it doing exactly what you have asked for.
