Dynamic resizing layer/plugin with fixed margins

Hello,
How can I create a layer with fixed margins and dynamically resizable?

Следует использовать отрицательные значения ширины и высоты, тогда ширина(высота) дочернего слоя будeт == ширина (высота) родительского слоя минус указанное значение.

Как говорится респект и уважуха! ;)
А я пытался вычислить размеры области отображения area, потом вычесть из них нужный отступ и передать значения слою) Еще раз большое спасибо!
