Intro image is flashing on start

Hi,

I'm using the Intro image for one of my project.

Everything is working fine, I can see the intro image but the intro image is flashing xhen the pano is loading like here :

How can I solve this ?

Might be onloaded="set(alpha,1); tween(alpha,1.0);" on layer introimage. Try using only tween. I suggest to update to new Krpano and in tour.xml 1st line have consistent Krpano version defined.
