Complete Newbie--please help!

I downloaded the zip file, but when I try to drag the panorama onto the MAKE PANO, it won't work. What am I doing wrong? (Note: the detail is lost, but when I tried to upload the original screenshot, I got an error message--file too large). Basically, when I drag the image on top of the various choices, I get the greyed-out circle with the line through it instead of a green/white +.

Hi,

the screenshot is too small to be able to see anything, but after opening the DMG image, move/drag the krpano folder out to your desktop (or any local folder) before using the droplets.
