MAKE VTOUR (NORMAL) droplet.bat for both spherical and cilindrical pano

How to configure MAKE VTOUR (NORMAL) droplet.bat for both spherical and cilindrical panorams? for ex: i have 180 degree photo by iPhone, and 360 degree photo from other device. I have web site where i can load panorams and get virtual tour. I want to load 180 and 360 images to that droplet and get 180, 360 panorams
