hotspot / layer saturation

Is there a way to set the saturation of a hotspot or layer? I know this is possible in Flash and using CSS and have done it in other programs but I can't find it in KRP.

No IE support for filters.
I suppose you could always iframe the piece and use regular css manually.
Would be a good option for the html5 viewer for sure.
