Remove hotspot IOS video play icon and playing video within the 3D environment

I'm trying to remove the play icon on a video hotspot for IOS devices and add my own play icon but it's still appearing. I set the html5controls='false' but not sure if that's suppose to hide the default video IOS icon.

My second question is how can I set the video to play within the environment instead of opening up native IOS player? I know when using the video <plugin> I can add custom controls but setting the video as a <hotspot> I was hoping for the same functionality
