Parallel view on Headset and PC

not sure if this was answered earlier. Was wondering if there is any way we can hook up a pc directly to the smartphone on the headst to see what a viewer is seeing on the headset. Idea is to track what the viewer is viewing on the headset so that a commentary can be given to him or he can be instructed on other scenes etc

On android I got google chrome cast to work and cast to screen
