i want to make one action for getting the video play time dynamically，such as 2 or 2‘16 。

the current playback time in seconds is available as 'time' variable of the videoplayer plugin:
http://krpano.com/plugins/videoplayer/#time

See the xml of the videopano for an example for how to format such time.
