cloud based create and distribute 360 tours

I recently came across this www.eyespy360.com DIY estate agent 360 tours. It seems to use krpano as final output. Does this mean an estate agent doesn't have to buy Krpano when using the eyespy360 cloud based platform?

The cloud service probably has a hosting license. Or at least I think they should have. If not, then they could be in a spot of bother.
