Not change the cursor when the mouse (cursor) passes over an image hotspot

Hello krpano enthusiasts.
When the mouse cursor passes over an image hotspot, I'd like to not change the cursor. Is this possible?
It seems that this question is quite old (eg Custom arrow cursor when onover a plugin/hotspot.) though apparently not solved... ?

Have you already tried adding in the hotspot code?

It works... thank you very much I didn't know about that (as you can see I'm a beginner).
