Stop vertical scroll

Hello, I am making a page for only 360 panorama view, not a full photosphere. How can I stop the vertical scrolling?
I do not want the users to scroll up and down. It contributed to bad user experience.
Can someone please help me?

If I understand correctly you want the vertical motion to be locked, probably at 0. Use the view element and set both vlookatmin and vlookatmax to the value(s) you want to lock in.

That locks the position but it doesnt stop user from scrolling up and down. Is there any way that user would not be able to scroll up and down at all?
