Please Help! Cannot drag control 360 videos/images with mouse

I have the correct controls 
<control mousetype="drag2d" />

If I click and grab the pano 1 second before it's finished loading, i can control the screen with my mouse. Otherwise the cursor turns into a hand and i cannot drag and control where the camera is facing.

Please help me!
