"You are here" icon for a map

"You are here" icon for a map

I have a container layer with map and mapspots and would like to have the mapspot icon
change to "you are here" icon when the pano in question is loaded. Im not a coder but overlaying
a different icon on the map on each pano seems a bit wrong and would like to do this dynamically.
