HTML5 version is not available error

Panorama XML of krpana is working in web browser but the same XML is not working on mobiles. "HTML5 version is not available" error is coming. Can anyone help me to solve out this issue please...?

Hi,

that error could only come when either using a very old krpano version and when pano was build without html5 support (e.g. when not having had the html5-add-on-license),

or - when having updating a very old krpano version where only the embedding script was included and the html5 viewer script was loaded dynamically - in this case include the 'krpano.js' instead of the 'embedpano.js' in the html.

HTML5 version is not available error

I have only license.txt file, i don't have html5 license or krpanoiphone license. i don't know how to get this and in which folder i have to keep this license files. Please help me to solve this HTML5 version is not available problem.

HTML5 version is not available error

In the given link http://wolowo.codiant.com/site/tour-view/6333731 when I click on dynamic slider then that panorama image will render and move in
360 degree but in Iphone and Ipad device if I do the same thing and click on
any of the image from below slider so instead of that panorama image one
default panorama load always. Please please help me in this. The default image
is loading when I use latest version of KRPANO JS .

You're seeing the krpano 'corfu example' images because you're loading them in your xml files!

Embedpano is not working in other system apart from my system

In my system all the panorama are working properly but
when I check this thing on other system then " Embedpano is not
working" error is coming. Please help me in solving this issue.
