Remove the "Hide control bar" icon

Dear krpano enthusiasts,

In my vtour, I'd like to remove the "Hide control bar" icon which appears in the standard control bar created using the vtour droplet (it's the rightmost icon) -- so that the control bar is always visible there. How can I do that?
