Tour Editor no longer working after licence update.(solved)

Hi, we bought a new Krpano licence, due to new company rules.

But after updating tours we were working on, with the new licence, the tour editors are no longer working (black screen).
How can we solve this?

EDIT: Problem solved, the cause was the inclusion of a plugin file. After deactivating the 'include ~.xml', the tour editor works again.

What version of flash player do you have? If more then 23 you need to use krpano Testing Server

Testing server is always active and we are using the latest Krpano software 19.8.
