Max resolution for pano image

Is there a maximum resolution for the pano images used in a VTOUR multi resolution created with KRPano ?

We render 8000x4000 in 3DStudio MAX, but if this is not necessary, we don't want to waste rendertime.

May i ask how do you show the hotspottext on the right in the vr mode?

I tried several coding but didnt get something to work.
