Onloadcomplete ?

I,
Could anyone help me to tell me how to do for nothing can be done on my
virtual tour as the little planet intro is not completely finish?
I think it is necessary to use the attibut "onloadcomplete" but I do not know and where at all how!

Explain better what you want.
Onloadcomplete is typically video player i think.
onloaded could be the thing you look for?
Or do you want something to happen when the little planet intro is finished?
