Looking for an HTML template or a Control Bar plugin

I am looking for a menu bar that matches the following Pano Tours

Does anyone know if the menu bar is a plugin that I can download somewhere or if it is an HTML template and where can I download it? Thanks.

I figured out that this menu bar is used in krpano. Is there a way to have the same bar in Panotour Pro?
