Make Hotspot curved

Hi

Is there a sort of cylindrical distortion i can apply to a hotspot so that i get a curvy effect?
I think that would be a nice effect for some menus i have to make.

This would be like asking for a big curved brick for making a curved wall. Just use regular small straight bricks and locate them so they make a curved surface
