Btw - blendmode="add" is already supported for WebGL hotspots:
https://krpano.com/docu/xml/#hotspot.blendmode

That should be useful for the lensflare rendering (at least I was using that mode for lensflares rendering ;-)).

@ klaus:
can't you add blendmode="screen" ?
it is essential for such effects... add is just not the same!

i think a better, more realistic lens effect would have a great impact on krpano,
and sergejs code seems to be a very good start !
