Text in WebVR mode

Sorry I have to admit to be a little bit confused...
Is possible at the present time to have a simple line of text that appear when the WebVR cursor is on an icon, hotspot, etc?

And in positive case, could someone give me a little tips on how (using Textfield, Showtext ,...plugins?)?

yes, text in vr is possible by using textfield-hotspots.
