Full Screen button not working correctly wihin an i-frame

we are having problems with the full screen button disappearing within an i-frame.
We've added the Full Screen within the frame code but find that it is still not working correctly.
It seems that if the browser opens with Flash it works but if the browser opens the i-frame with HTML5 the button is gone.

Or at least this looks to be the problem, it seems randomly working and then not working

We are using version 1.16.4

Any suggestions?

nope, tried this and still won't work, full screen button is still missing, anyone else have an idea?

Try to insert the video from YouTube. If it does not open in full screen, then the problem is on your site.

we are not using YouTube videos but may have to upgrade version to fix this as it seems to be an HTML5 issue with the browsers

Hi,

HTML5 browsers are requiring the 'allowfullscreen' iframe setting to allow triggering the fullscreen mode from inside the iframe.
