krpanotools ver direcly in droplet - how?

Is this possible to get a krpanotools version number (eg. 1.19pr14) directly in a droplet code?

Hi,

you could call the krpanotools without any arguments in the batch file and capture/parse 'somehow' its output.
The first output line is always 'krpanotools VERSION'.
