Problem with license of krpano in version 1,19.15 (Windows7 Ultimate, servipack1)

Hi,

Release 1.191.15 ignores my license under Windows 7 ultimate, but it works ok under Windows 7 Professional (in other PC). On the other hand, if I use the previous release 1,19,14 (in the same PC) everything works well.

Please, I need urgent help!!!

Best Regards,

Fernando.

Hi,
Chrome 20.0 WebGL

I did another test executing tour.html directly (locally) with Firefox 48.0 WebGL: the watermark is not visible...

Thanks for your fast answer. Best Regards,

Fernando

Hi,

Chrome 20.0 WebGL
Thanks - that's what I was assuming: a very old browser version - Chrome 20 is from 2012.

There was today already a bug-report about a similar case, there about Safari 8 - but the problem/reason is the same - in older browsers that don't support the 'performance.now()' function an internal license check is unfortunately failing in version 1.19-pr15...

This bug affects these browser versions:
- Chrome before version 24
- Firefox before version 15
- Safari before version 8
- Android browser before 4.4

Basically pretty old browser versions, but that need to be fixed as soon as possible of course!
That bug and also a few others are already fixed and I'm already on preparing the next release (1.19-pr16) - if all works well it should get released tomorrow.

Best regards,
Klaus

Thanks very much Klaus for your answer and actions. The problem was more serious of what I was thinking *confused* :

Effectively with a superior version of Chrome (I tried 41,0) it works ok. But if an user used an outdated browser (many users in my country) they would see the watermark.

By the Way, I tried with the version 4,2,2 of Android and he runs well with firefox 34,0 and Chrome 47,0

I will wait for the version 1.19-16 ;-)

Best Regards,

Fernando
