kvmem - fatalerror - kvmem_sys_saveswapdata() failed

Hello,

When i run ktransform thru command line directly on server it works fine.

But when i try to run the same command line thru php, i get this error : kvmem - fatalerror - kvmem_sys_saveswapdata() failed

I set memory_limit > 1GB on php.ini but it's the same.

How to avoid this error?

Thanks!

Hi,

this error means there not enough free working memory,
and for this reason the tools tries to write currently not used data to the disk
and this writing to disk fails,

has the current folder where the tools runs "write" rights?
or is there enough disk space there?

best regards,
Klaus

Hi,

Ok just made a chmod 777 over the krpanotools folder and it works, but why it doesn't work with 755?

Thanks

it says "Owner:0 ; Group:0"

is that correct?

just uploaded the krtools folder via ssh

I think no,

to be able to use "755" as file access rights, the owner and the group must be the same as the folder,

maybe the owner and group need to be changed manually, this depends on the server and the upload tool...

best regards,
Klaus
