can krpano convert transparent png parnarama to cube?

anyone knows if krpano can convert transparent png sphere to cube, now i tried but it got errors. or other way can achieve that?
i really need that, it will be appreciated if anyone can tell me.

Only flatten image can be used with the Convert Tool, so I don't think you can keep the alpha layer during conversion *sad*
