How to disable webVR for android devices

Hi all,

want to disable webvr for smartphones and Tablets with android. I tried to set it within the tour.xml. (And as I don't have an android, I did it the other way round with A setting for ios.)

But
<skin_settings webvr="if(device.ios,false,true);" />
Didn’t work.

What am I doing wrong?
