Dynamically objects which are only visible with specific link

Hi,
i am creating an HowTo/Manual, which includes deep links to a specific 360-View of an device.

Imagine, several 360 views of an instrument.
A manual includes links, which jumps to specific view of that described part of the device.
e.g. see attachment pano1.
http://xx.xx.xx.xx/viewer/?startscene=8&startactions=lookat(-47.57,9.45,84.22,0,0);

Are there approaches, plugins, ideas, where i could put objects/markups (a simple red frame for example)
into the view, which is only visible, if you click to a specific link?
