p/s just maybe you should fix radar orientation on your map.. i know it is hardly work to set all the radar orientation....
and just how you do the hotspot for IR AL MUELLE? a sphere that have rotation image... is it flash?

yes is a flash

search a for photoshop pluging call flexify 2 of Flaming Pear, you should provide the equirectangular to the pluging, and save about 8 pictures touch by flexify with diferent horizontal degre(got a slicer for control that ) and select input (equirectangular) to output (mirrow ball), then put all 8 images on flash.

let me know if don't get it, i think this pluging is very good as well

owh ho... i do have that plugin.. but didnt thinking of use it the way you did... GREAT JOB!!.....

actually... i do come across the real flash file that the same you do... but i couldnt tweak it to be standalone yet.... maybe later...
