Same here. Apple disabled gyro on insecurity webpage. Has anyone tried with self-signed https domain?

We use Let's Encrypt. It's free and a legit 3rd party provider so it doesn't trigger browser warnings like self-signed certs will.

We've switched our entire site over to Https, (we used cloudflare, free, and easiest with our hosting )...
Now the panos are working, but the gyro doesn't start until you click the gyro icon in the bar at the bottom..EG: https://www.shove-media.com/IPG_KentStBaths/

Any ideas how to get this to autostart the gyro on IOS now? It used to work fine.. pre ios 12.2

i thing that is a problem of your tour. in my tours the gyro starts automatically

no, the gyro support in iOS 13 works great and easy.

The new krpano 1.20 version has already full support for iOS 13.
When trying to use the gyro the browser will ask once if that will be allowed and then using it is no problem.

Gyroscope Function and Weblinks

Hi,

I have come across an issue with using the latest Krpano 1.20.2 and web links with projects using the gyroscope and stereoscopic renders, whereby if on mobile devices I use a secure web link (https://) to access the VR Tour the gyroscope and Stereo mode buttons are not present in the menu, but if I type the url into the browser to access the tour the gyroscope and stereo modes are available.

Has anyone found this or a solution?
