please could some one guide me about stl usage as dephtmap in krpano 1.20.2

we don't use photo taken from camera in krpano . Everything fully modeled textured with 3dsmax and render 360 with corona render engine

we need a good documentation or video tutorial about using stl file generated with 3dsmax. we dont want to use other method such as depthmap image and everpano 3dmodeling tools.

i have couple of question

1- What is default stl coordinate system .. direction in vertical and horizontal in krpano viewer is that same as 3dsmax or different (look at picture blow)
2-We use cm unit in 3dsmax . what's measurement unit in kpano viewer.
3-There is no camera in stl exported file because of own stl default configuration.
4-Where should we put the camera ? we usually use 150 cm above ground .
5-Where should we put the camera pivot point ?
6-Where should we put the ground floor and pivot point ?
