Testing Server Error

Hi, when using the Testing Server to add hotspots I'm getting this error message when I try to save the xml
ERROR: saving failed - Error #2038
I'm running it on a Mac with Firefox (up to date)

Any ideas anyone?

But you know you use the program three years ago? Have you tried on the latest Krpano or is this the error?

Testing Server Error

The full story is that I've always edited by opening the tour with tour_editor.html in Safari.
I got fed up with how slow Safri is and moved to Firefox.
In Firefox tour_editor.html will not open so I decided to give the testing server a try for the first time.
I have updated to KRpano version 1.20.2 and still get the same error when trying to save the xml.

Hi,

that's the Flashplayer itself - the capability to save files has been removed from the Flashplayer itself some Flashplayer-Updates ago.
You could try downgrading the Flashplayer-plugin if you really need to get it working that way...

As an add... I'm not sure now how I got to the point in the above image. I must have opened a v1.19 tour with the v1.20 testing server as I just realised that v1.20.2 does not generate a tour_editor.html file... what's the process for editing with this version?
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I've been off the radar for a while.

Just use the new tour editor that is available since 1.19-pr13:

Testing Server Error - Solved

Thanks Klaus, as I said, I've been off the radar for a while waiting for the Google steamroller to pass through and I didn't even know (didn't look for) the KRPtools.
What a great tool it is! It's going to streamline my workflow a lot.
Thanks again Klaus for a great piece of software!
