Offline solutions to view your krpano project on mobile devices... Viewers, APKs...???

In theory "Apache Cordova ", but in my experience a software as "Website2 APK Builder" would be a good solution for build APK from HTML5 krpano projects. Minimal API 25.

Free alternatives to "Website2 APK Builder" ?
