Need instruction on converting older 2010 Projects using Panotour Pro/krPano Flash Panorama Viewer

Around 2010 I made several 180/360 panos with Panotour Pro and krPano Flash Panorama Viewer... but now with "Adobe Flash" not being supported I am told the new Krpano will keep my old projects useable on my website. http://highsierraproductions.com/panorama.htm

I've downloaded the program and looked at some of the Documentation and I am totally lost on how to do what I need to do.
Can someone point me in the right direction for instructions on this point or help me? Do I need to pay for a lesson?
