Need help with new actions.

Hello.

People, tell me.
How can you run an action while holding down a mouse click.
For instance.
we have number 1 and when you hold down the mouse, we add up as long as the mouse button is held down. (1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 ....) and so on.
and as he let go, the action stopped.
Can anyone help?
