Is it possible to edit the online tour?

Hello ! I have an idea to make a tour admin system like https://kuula.co/ . And I'm wondering can we bring the hotspot editing function, change the hotspot image ... integrate on the website?

Please answer my question, so I can get my next idea. Thanks
