Password plugin

Password plugin
  • Password plugin allows you to protect the virtual tour with a password.
  • The password can be any number of characters.
  • It is allowed to use any signs: letters, numbers, special characters.
  • The password is case sensitive.
  • By default, a password is assigned to the start of the tour.
  • You can assign a password to any event on the tour.
  • The tour.xml must be encrypted when used.
How to use:
  • Open publish/insert password.
  • Enter the pass you want to use.
  • Save or delete it.
To assign password to the other event then tour start:
  • Save password
  • Find in start node action checkPassWord();
  • Assign it to the event you need.

Use $omePaSS2021_y to enter the tour.

Partial pano editor

View restriction (partial pano).
Limiting the view in the panorama allows you to show not the entire panorama of 360x180 degrees, but limit its output to only a part. There are many reasons for this limitation. For example, you do not want to close the place where the tripod was located on the source images. In this case, you limit the view down. Or a beautiful view on the one hand does not match the garbage dump on the other. In this case, you limit the view horizontally. Or combine both limitations.
How to use:

  • Open the tool.
  • Enter a horizontal view limit (range from 0 to 360)
    • hlookatmin - the minimum value.
    • hlookatmax - the maximum value.
  • Enter the view limit vertically (-90 sky, 90 earth)
    • vlookatmin - the minimum value (up).
    • vlookatmax - the maximum value (down).
  • Save.
  • To edit, enter new values.
  • To delete, click "delete"

Note:

  • Panorama will be shown in the range between the minimum and maximum values.
  • You can limit only the vertical view, or only the horizontal view, or combine restrictions.
  • To get the value of the view horizontally (hlookat) and view vertically (vlookat),doble-click on the screen.
  • You can enter only one value for vertical view.
    • Minimum to restrict up view.
    • Maximum to restrict down view.

In the new version vrTourSoft1.42, all links to the tour.swf file have been removed in accordance with the policy to block the operation of the Adobe Flash Player.
It is highly recommended to download this version to all users of the program.
In particular, the rendering of a new tour can be critical, since the presence of the tour.swf file was checked in older versions. *smile*

vrTourSoft_v1.44 Changes in transition editor

This editor allows to select the type of the transition between panos.
  • Left panel: transition type when clicking on hotspot, layer, menu item, etc.
  • Middle panel: only the previous button in the skin.
  • Right panel: only the next button in the skin.
Note: 1. On most devices, the type of transition selected in the left pane will work. 2. All transition types except the default work only in HTML5 browsers.
