Bgborder Bug?

Krpano1.20.9

Hi, I would like to know if this is a bug or has always been the case.
If I add a border to a layer it moves from its position.
Even if I add a child, it is moved as well.

What browser to you use ?

Hi,

I can't reproduce it either...

Do you maybe modify the default css styles?
Like setting border-box sizing for all div elements:
