Simple game

I’d like to make my tour function like a simple game, where the icon to the next hotspot only appears once the user has picked up three items from the current hotspot. Is this possible?

the funny thing is ..google, or the free mp3 provider, doesn't know the difference between a chicken amd a cock.. which might, obviously, be problematic in some cases..
