How to auto play mp3 after pano loading

Hi, simple question. Its possible to make auto play mp3 sound after panorama is loaded?
Now I must make one click mouse button on panorama then sound is playing.
But I need playing sound automaticly without button click.
I heard the web browsers block this. It's true?
How I can fix this problem?

PS
In krpano tools everything is ok but on www not.
