Gyro not working anymore on Safari iPhone iOS 14

Hi

We have a tour made in krpano 1.19.
Gyro worked on Safari iOS12, but now on iOS14 it does not work anymore.

I tried to update the tour to krpano 1.20.8
I just copied all files from to plugin-folder to the plugin-folder of the existing tour (overriting existing files).
But it did not help, gyro still does not work.

What do I do wrong?

Yes it is https.
Meanwhile on one iPhone iOS 14.5 it works.
On another iPhone iOS 14.5 it does not work.

Maybe I have to enable Gyro on the other iPhone?
But does anybody know where to enable it on iOS 14.5?
They have moved it again, I can't find it anymore.

Hi,

maybe have you declined the gyro usage once?

I think iOS doesn't ask again in this case.

In this case you need to delete the browser cache for the related website:
- ho the Settings on your iOS device
- select Safari
- then the Advanced submenu
- then Website data
- search for your wesite url
- clear the data
- then quit Safari and try you tour/gyro usage again
